What type of payments do you accept?

  • We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards

Is your website safe?

  • Yes, we use the latest security to protect you when you shop with Sensory Land. Your credit/debit card and personal details are encrypted when you place an order with us and our secure server means only we can decrypt your details to process your order.

Can I make any changes to my order once it’s placed?

  • If you let us know as soon as possible we may be able to make changes to your order. Once it has been dispatched we are not able to make any changes.

I’ve ordered the wrong thing, what can I do?

  • We’re sorry to hear that, if you let us know as soon as possible we will be able to cancel your order. However, if you do not let us know until after it has been dispatched you will need to return the product in line with our returns policy

My product is faulty, what do I do?

  • We’re sorry to hear that, please contact us sensoryland@virginmedia.com as soon as possible to arrange a return in line with our returns policy 

 

Deliveries

How long will my order take?

  • We aim to pack all orders within 1-3 days. Once dispatched standard delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

Where do you deliver to?

  • At the moment we only deliver to the UK but worldwide shipping is something we are looking into.

 My order hasn’t arrived, where is it?

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days after dispatch then please get in touch to let us know. Most of our orders are sent with Scanned on Delivery Tracking so we should be able to help find your order for you.

Can you pack my order on TikTok?

  • We try and pack some orders on TikTok but we can't promise. We get a large amount of orders and requests and it is impossible to pack every request on TikTok.
How much is delivery?
  • Delivery costs vary depending on how your parcel can be sent.

Large letter (over 100g) - £1.50
Small Parcel - £3.00
